Remuneration + benefits: £Competitive, dependent on experience

Essential:
UEFA A Licence
Previous experience of coaching senior first team players in a professional environment
An understanding of a range of teaching learning styles to optimise the development of players
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Desirable:
The FA Youth Award Modules 1-3
The FA Advanced Youth Award
Previous playing experience at a professional level.
The role:
A exciting opportunity has become available for an committed, enthusiastic and passionate Head Coach.
Role expectations:
The BFC Women Head Coach will be expected to:
Plan and deliver weekly training sessions and prepare the team ahead of match days
Coordinate player logistics for all training sessions, fixtures, tournaments and BFC Women related events
Work collaboratively and effectively with additional staff i.e., goalkeeping coaches, assistant coaches, strength & conditioning coaches, medical staff, technical analysts, and safeguarding officer
Communicate and liaise regularly with the Academy Director and BFC Women’s Business Lead to discuss any relevant player concerns/issues
Collaborate with technical analysts to prepare relevant team and individual footage
Be responsible for maintenance of training / match balls, bibs, cones and all other relevant equipment as required
Facilitate and conduct regular Player Review Meetings
Attend FA Women’s National League meetings alongside BFC Women’s Business Lead
Recommend and recruit players for the BFC Women in tandem with the BFC Women Lead
Report serious player injuries immediately to BFC Women’s Lead and Club medical staff
Be able to work flexible hours where the role of the job requires
Understand and implement the Club’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines in your role
Promote the Burnley Football Club brand and ethos in a professional, strong and positive manner
