Only those who have qualified in district selection in athletics, basketball, football and volleyball can participate in zonal selection.
School Academy- Admission to classes 7 and 8 (currently only students studying in classes 6 and 7)1st, 2nd, 3rd placers in the state competition and
Participant in national competitions can participate in the selection trials for class 9- Direct entry for 1st, 2nd and 3rd position holders in National competitions who must have participated in district and state competitions
Participants in Volleyball Trials must have the following minimum height School plus one, college163 cm185 cm170 cm
Children should be ready to study in any sports academy allotted by the Kerala State Sports Council.
Candidates must produce birth certificate and class certificate issued by Headmaster/Principal. Original certificate proving excellence in the respective sport should be produced. Participants should also bring a passport size photograph
