Dates: 8th May - 14th May
• For Age Group 11 years - 15 years
• 5 nights camp
• 8 Training sessions by the Rangers Academy coaches at their state-of-the-art training facility
• Rest and Recovery sessions.
• Video Analysis session
• Strength and Conditioning Sessions.
• Sports Science and Nutritional workshop.
• 2 Internal Practice Matches
