We're on the lookout for coaches who are not only passionate about the game but also bring energy, positivity, punctuality, and organisation to the pitch. If you're seeking a professional, inclusive, enjoyable, and friendly coaching environment, this is the place for you.
🗣 You will have:
Strong communication skills and a genuine motivation to mentor, nurture, and provide feedback to our players. Your goal is to inspire them to learn, perform, love the game, and respect one another.
All coaching applicants must hold the necessary coaching qualifications as specified by Football Victoria for their respective age groups. This includes A, B, C licenses, or relevant training certificates. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our highly esteemed and caring Technical Directors, who are committed to making Berwick SC the premier junior development club.
We strongly encourage both female and male coaches to apply. All coaching positions are remunerated, and all applications will remain strictly confidential.
