  MUMBAI: Dominant Blue Tigresses created chances in each half but were unable to finish it off as they were held to a goalless draw by IR Iran in their AFC Women’s Asian Cup opener at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Thursday (January 20, 2022). The season will feature 24 teams and will be played multiple venues.  Kerala Football Association decided to add 12 more participants into the league. 10 teams are expected to join on corporate entry by paying franchise fee.
